What the price includes

Every rate is quoted per room, per night, for the occupancy you selected. Before you confirm anything the review step shows you:

the rate for each individual night of your stay;
any discount, itemised rather than folded in;
the resort fee of $34 per room per night;
estimated tax of 12.75% on the room and the resort fee;
any extras you added, priced per night or per stay as marked;
the total you would actually pay.

There is no booking fee, no service charge and no currency-conversion margin. Self-parking is free. The resort fee covers Wi-Fi for up to six devices, the fitness room, pool access including towels and chairs, local and toll-free calls, and the printing desk.

Taxes are estimated at the rate in force when you book and charged at the rate in force on the date of your stay. Any difference is settled at check-out, either way.

Changing and cancelling

Flexible and member rates

Cancel or change free of charge until 4:00 PM two days before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, we charge one night's room and tax. Nothing is charged before you check in; we authorise one night and release it if you cancel in time.

Advance saver

Charged in full when you book. Not refundable, not changeable, not transferable. It is cheaper precisely because of that, and we say so again before you pay.

When we cancel

If we cannot honour a confirmed booking for any reason we will find you a comparable room at a comparable property, pay the difference in rate, pay for transport to it, and refund the first night. You do not have to ask for this and you do not have to argue for it.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid card in the name of the registered guest is required at check-in for incidentals. Card details are handled by our payment processor under PCI DSS; we never see or store a full card number.

Arrival, identification and occupancy

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM, and bag storage either side is free. Everyone checking in must be 21 or over and must show government photo identification. Occupancy limits are stated on every room type and are a fire-safety requirement, not a commercial one.

Guests under 21 are welcome as additional occupants with an adult. They may not be on the gaming floor at any time, including in transit.

Incidentals and damage

A hold is placed for incidentals at check-in and released at check-out; it can take your bank up to ten working days to clear, which is outside our control.

We charge for damage beyond ordinary wear, at documented cost, with photographs, and we will show them to you. Smoking in a guest room carries a recovery fee that covers taking the room out of service. We do not charge blanket administration fees.

If something goes wrong

Tell the duty manager while you are here — almost everything is fixable on the day. If it is not resolved, write to [email protected] and you will get a named person and a reply within five working days. We do not require you to sign anything to receive a refund we owe you.
